Hello! My name is Phil Harris and I am a Massage Therapist (LMT#11706) and a Trained Chef. Some people are taken aback by my connection in two such distinct and separate fields such as these. I look at both areas simply in their energetic purposes.

The food you eat becomes your fuel and building blocks. This is how we grow new bone and muscle.

Massage and Movement helps to sculpt your body so that it can grow and heal towards a balanced direction. For some clients I supply the massage, others enjoy food, and a few even enjoy both.

SoulKitchen Catering

I offer catering for large parties to intimate gatherings. Just tell me about your event and I will create a tasty menu to go along with your vision.

I also give group and private cooking lessons for anyone that is interested in knowing how to efficiently prepare whole foods with minimal waste and maximized effort.

I am offering quality massages for affordable rates. I have a wide range of experience in many different massage modalities.

I practice Structural Deep Tissue Massage, Cranial-Sacral Thearpy, Thai Massage, Reflexology Massage, and Russian Sports Massage.
