Hello my name is Phil (LMT #11706) and I am offering quality massages for affordable rates. I have a wide range of experience in many different modalities.

I practice Structural Deep Tissue Massage, Cranial-Sacral Thearpy, Thai Massage, Reflexology Massage, and Russian Sports Massage.

Table Work Massage

Table work Massage

These sessions use skin contact to sculpt the bodies' tissues. Essential Oils and Lotions are used for glide and their healing properties.

Table Work Modalities include Ashiatsu Massage, Structural Deep Tissue Massage, and Russian Sports Massage.

Rates > 1 hr $60 > 1 1/2 hr $80 > 2hr $100

Ashiatsu MassageAshiatsu

During Ashiatsu Massage I use parallel bars that are on the ceiling and use my feet to massage you. Try to imagine a rolling pin that is ironing out your body. It feels awesome!!! Get the deep pressure without all of the pokey elbows.

Structural Deep TissueStructural Deep Tissue Massage

Using Structural Deep Tissue Massage I help to sculpt the body towards a more functional position to give you longer relief in between sessions.

Russian Sports MassageRussian Sports Massage

Russian Sports Massage uses methods from Russian Hospitals and Sports Facilities are used to improve function and help recovery from fatigue and injury. Some areas of focus include friction, lymphatic drainage, and techniques that help the Central Nervous System

All of these techniques work well combined with each other!

Matt Work Massage

Matt work Massage

The sessions are done in workout clothing and on a floor mat. The body is stretched and compressed many times over until you feel like a relaxed and energized Gumby. This is perfect for those of you who have been meaning to get back into Yoga but have lost some flexibility, or looking to ascend to the next level. It is my favorite style of massage to give and receive.

Matt Work Modalities include Thai Massage and Shiatsu Massage

Thai MassageThai Massage

Thai Massage is referred to as "Lazy Yoga". The application of slow, rhythmic compressions and stretches along the body's energy lines using the palms of the hands, thumbs, elbows knees, and feet.

Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu is similar to Thai Massage with more focus on the Oriental Energy Meridians. (The same energy lines as used in acupuncture)

I enjoy sessions that blend the two schools together!

Other Modalities

Other Modalities - Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Acupressure, and Reflexology can easily be added to any of the above therapies

Cranial-Sacral TherapyCranial-Sacral Therapy

Cranial-Sacral Therapy focuses on balancing the body's central nervous system. If you balance the body's computer the effect can be felt throughout the entire structure and it will take hold/last longer. This technique is very gentle, yet deeply profound. It is also extremely effective when combined with structural deep tissue massage and stretching.

Acupressure

Similar to Acupuncture; the same points are used but stimulated with light finger pressure.

ReflexologyReflexology Massage

Massage done on the Feet, Hands, and Ears. Specific Reflex points are stimulated in order to aid in the overall health of the body. Very good for the organs!

Movement InstructionI combine techniques from Yoga, Pilates, and Massage to help you "Tune Up" your body and keep it that way. The sessions are designed personally around what is going on in your body. They teach key stacking principals and proper range of movement so that each workout is more efficient. This starts to be incorporated into your everyday awareness.

If certain muscles are tight, they will not allow other muscles to develop or move properly. You are essentially fighting your own structure. This is where massage and stretching is important.

I also teach techniques that you can do at home for self-maintenance, and for pre/post work out
